Multi Sensor Caliper

The Multi Sensor Caliper measures highly accurate internal diameters, and can detect casing conditions such as deformation, bending, fractures, holes, and inner wall corrosion.

The Multi Sensor Caliper measures internal diameters with very-high accuracy, typically with less than a 0.03-inch variance. It will detect very small changes in internal surface conditions such as casing deformation, bending, fractures, holes, and inner wall corrosion. Calipers can provide highly quantitative analysis including an accurate and detailed internal profile of the tubing, casing and completion assembly. 

A multi-finger caliper log of the inside pipe enables operators to cost effectively plan work-over and remedial operations, and to keep historical records of the general condition of tubing and casing to assess any problems associated with corrosion, wear or mechanical deformation through the life of the well. 

Calipers are available in 24-, 40-, 56- and 60-arm configurations and can log a wide range of sizes from 1-11/16-in. ID tubing to 20-in. ID casing. The state-of-the-art, sophisticated logging tool performs an accurate inspection of the casing interior to determine casing condition and if the casing has sustained damage.
