We will continue to attract, train, and retain the best. At Renegade, we are proud to be employee-owned. In 2024, we celebrated one year of our transition to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

We could not have achieved steady growth over the last 15 years without the support of our dedicated customers. They know Renegade is ready 24/7 whenever and wherever a wireline unit is needed, from initial frac planning to successful job execution all the way to plug and abandonment. We partner with our customers to determine the very best solution for their well. We look at all aspects of the job, including the formation, the goals of the customer, and our own resources to get the most oil and gas from the well in an economical, safe, and efficient manner.

Renegade Services was founded in 2009 by a group of wireline experts seeking to improve the way the industry works. Our goal was an improved working environment for our employees and the operator as well as future generations of oilfield workers.

Renegade started in Mansfield, Pennsylvania as a pump-down wireline operation but soon expanded into the Permian Basin opening offices in Levelland, Andrews, and Denver City, Texas. In less than a decade, Renegade became the largest independently owned wireline company in the U.S. with 16 districts nationwide. Renegade has local offices and service centers in Texas, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Mississippi, and Louisiana. Our employees pride themselves on being part of the community where they work and live.

Internationally, Renegade provides services in Canada and Malaysia and is licensed to offer its Local Expander™ Annular Squeeze Tool in five additional countries through a partnership with Shell.

As we have over the past 15 years, Renegade will continue to offer professional, experienced personnel with a focus on automated well-site services, fit-for-purpose wireline safety equipment, environmental evaluation technology, and well integrity evaluation. Our goal is that all operations are carried out efficiently and safely to produce operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Today, Renegade Services is the largest independent provider of cased-hole services in the North American oil and gas market. Renegade operates in all major oil and gas basins in the United States and is industry-recognized as the premier cased-hole completions service provider.
